Here goes nothing. I am your everyday mother/wife/student/women who is in desperate need of loosing at least 25 lbs. I have tried and failed a hundred times before. I thought that since that my friends and family are probably sick and tired of listening to me bitch about it all the time I would start this here blog. I figured I could write down what I am feeling, what I eat, when I exercise and those sort of things. Everything I would normally tell friends until they tell me that they are busy and need to get off of the phone.
Here is my story...
Have been of average size my whole life. 5'7 155lbs couldnt really complain except just a little jiggly. When I turned 21 I lost about 10 lbs weighing in at 145. I felt great, looked great, and my clothes looked amazing. Then it all happened. I got pregnant. After I had the baby I was left with 20 extra lbs and a whole lotta flab. I worked hard at a my version of the Adkins diet and managed to lose about 10. Then I got pregnant again. and then whole cycle started again.
As of today I am still 5'7 and weight in at 175.8lbs and a size 12. My goal here is not really to lose weight just to lose weight I really just want to look good in my clothes and feel good about myself. I am sick and tired of my pants falling off because my spare tire is so huge that I can not wear a smaller pant size.
